Your Account Information. You need to provide an email address to create a PaoPaoChat account. You can also add other information to your account, such as profile name, avatar, and status message.

Your Messages. In the normal course of providing services to you, we do not retain your messages. Once your messages (including chat records, photos, videos, voice messages, and files) are delivered, they are deleted from our servers. Your messages are stored on your own device. If messages cannot be delivered immediately (for example, if you are offline), we may keep them on our servers for up to 30 days to attempt delivery. If messages are still undelivered after 30 days, we will delete them. We also provide message protection features for our services. This means your messages are processed to ensure integrity during transmission.

Customer Support. You may provide us with information related to your use of our services, including copies of your messages and your contact information, so we can provide you with customer support. For example, you can send us an email with information about our app's performance or other issues.

Automatically Collected Information

Usage and Log Information. We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our services, how you interact with other users using our services, etc.), log files, diagnostic logs, crash logs, website logs, and performance reports.

Managing Your Information

If you want to manage, change, restrict, or delete your information, we allow you to do so through the following tools:

Service Settings. You can change service settings to manage certain information that other users can view. You can manage contacts, groups, or use our blocking feature to manage who you communicate with.

Change Your Email, Profile Name, and Avatar. You must use the in-app email change feature to change your email. You can also change your profile name, avatar, and status message at any time.

Policy Updates

We may amend or update our privacy policy. We will notify you of amendments to the privacy policy as appropriate and update the "Last Modified Date" at the top of this privacy policy. Your continued use of our services means you accept the amended privacy policy. If you do not agree with the amended privacy policy, you must stop using our services.
